This Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy (collectively hereinafter: “Privacy Policy“) regulate how the Company uses the information it collects from its website.

The information supplied below is intended to help the user understand the Company’s Privacy Policy on its website. The Privacy Policy, as detailed below, shall clarify which information the Company collects about the users of its website, the purposes for which the Company collects the information, how the Company may use the information, to which third parties the Company transfers information and how the Company handles and preserves the information.

5.2.4. If the Company and/or any of its assets and/or part thereof are transferred and/or sold and/or assigned and/or procured, for consideration or without consideration, inter alia, when ownership of the website and/or its contents is transferred, in whole or in part, to third parties, including but not limited to a merger of the Company and/or its activities with third parties, including, without detracting from the generality of the aforementioned, in circumstances of a change of control, fully or partially, over the Company.

5.2.5. If a claim is made or the Company suspects a user has committed an action and/or omission that may harm the Company, or anyone on its behalf, any third parties, including other users.

5.2.6. If a claim is made or the Company suspects a user is using the website to commit an illegal action and/or to enable, facilitate, assist and/or encourage such an action.

5.2.7. Whenever the Company believes that providing the information is required to prevent damage to the Company, the user or any third party.

5.3. The company may transfer the information to third parties, as mentioned above, also outside the State of Israel, including to third parties who are located in countries where the level of data protection differs from the provisions of Israeli law and which may provide less security than that provided according to the Privacy Protection laws in Israel.
