“According to a new plan promoted by the municipality through its Economic Company, in the area of the “Mol HaYam” mall, Energy Park complex, the scope of the construction rights will be doubled from 750,000 sq. Meters to 1.5 million sq. Meters. The area of the entire complex will remain 864,000 sq. Meters. Development work on the park, including the mall, has already started. The program will be presented in detail at the Hadera Energy Conference planned for November 21, at the Ramada Hadera Hotel.
Strategically situated at the southeastern entrance to the city, adjacent to the coastal road (Highway 2), Energy Park is set to become the largest industrial and transportation hub between Haifa and Tel Aviv. In alignment with the municipality’s vision, this prime location will house industrial complexes, offices, businesses, transportation terminals and public parking.
The new וurban planning program (TABA) will authorize other uses and designations such as residential, be it in small apartments, assisted living, or hotels and logistics centers, for which demand in the center of Israel is increasing..”
